Beautiful sushi blooms with pink smoked salmon, fresh green shiso leaves with creamy mozzarella!

Dice cut the smoked salmon and cheese, then mix them together.

This is a small ball-like Sushi, called "TEMARI-ZUSHI".
Here is how to make it; place a piece of Smoked Salmon and Avocado on some plastic wrap, and some rice on top.
Twist and close the plastic wrap and form a ball-like shape and that's it!

MAGURO (Raw Tuna) and Avocado are always a good combo for making Sushi.
Consomme Jelly adds a different flavor than using your usual Soy Sauce. Highly recommended!

Slice the avocado as thin as you can, place about 5 slices around the SUSHI rice forming a flower-type shape, place a piece of Shrimp TEMPURA and there you go :)

Smoked Salmon with IKURA, Cucumber and Lemon SpoonSushi!
This is one of our most artistic piece! But it is easy; place some rice on a piece of Smoked Salmon, place a piece of cucumber in the center and just roll it up. Place it on a slice of lemon, sprinkle some IKURA and you are good to go!
