MAGURO (Raw Tuna) and Avocado are always a good combo for making Sushi.
Consomme Jelly adds a different flavor than using your usual Soy Sauce. Highly recommended!

- Consomme Jelly
- Sushi Rice (White rice with rice vinegar)
Serve with some well chilled Consomme Jelly!
