This is a small ball-like Sushi, called “TEMARI-ZUSHI”.
Here is how to make it; place a piece of Smoked Salmon and Avocado on some plastic wrap, and some rice on top.
Twist and close the plastic wrap and form a ball-like shape and that’s it!

- Smoked Salmon
- Avocado
- SHISO Leaves
- Sushi Rice (White rice with rice vinegar)
Chef’s Tips
Since the Smoked Salmon gives enough salty taste, there is no need to add any type of sauce but you could add some Soy Sauce upon preference.
