This is one of our most artistic piece! But it is easy; place some rice on a piece of Smoked Salmon, place a piece of cucumber in the center and just roll it up. Place it on a slice of lemon, sprinkle some IKURA and you are good to go!

Since the Smoked Salmon gives enough salty taste, there is no need to add any type of sauce.
